We are looking for an experienced operations leader to take on a strategic role in managing the network of WEZI-TEC production sites in Poland and to have a real impact on the further development of our organization within the automotive industry.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to operations management, understands serial production, knows how to build effective structures, and is passionate about developing a culture of continuous improvement.

Zakres obowiązków
  1. Overall responsibility for the management and steering of the Polish production site network, including profit and loss, budget, and resource responsibility, with a strong focus on the value chain.
  2. Implementation of the site strategy. Ensuring target achievement regarding quality, costs, deadlines, delivery performance, and productivity.
  3. Development and implementation of target visions for the Polish sites in close collaboration with management and the central functions of the Weber Group.
  4. Management and development of subordinate functions along the entire value chain in accordance with the attached organizational chart.
  5. Ensuring stable, efficient, and scalable series production in all applied technologies, such as injection molding, painting, and assembly.
  6. Responsibility for the successful industrialization, launches, and ramp-up phases of new products and assemblies while adhering to quality, cost, and deadline targets.
  7. Systematic development of production and business processes as well as the technologies used, with the goal of sustainably increasing efficiency, robustness, and competitiveness.
  8. Active management of change and transformation processes to further develop technology quality, and performance standards.
  9. Leading by example and consistently embedding a LEAN culture with a focus on operational excellence, shop floor management, and sustainable process improvement.
  10. Further development of KPI-based shop floor management and sustainable implementation and  further development of the Weber Production System.
  11. Ensuring competitive standards in the areas of quality, environment, occupational safety, and compliance, as well as further development of the certified management system according to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
  12. Leadership, coaching, and development of the local management team, as well as fostering a performance-oriented, trust-based, and attractive leadership culture.
  13. Close collaboration with customers, central functions, and other international locations to ensure effective cross-site and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  14. Shaping the wezi-tec corporate strategy: developing future-proof business models and strategic business areas; in cooperation with the Groups Sales and Business Development
Poszukiwane kompetencje
  1. Successfully completed degree in production or plastics technology, industrial engineering or a similar qualification.
  2. 8–10 years of management experience in the automotive supplier industry, including at least 5 years in a comparable management role with overall operational and financial responsibility for one or more locations within an international corporation.
  3. Proven experience in managing a plant or network of sites in series production with corresponding P&L responsibility.
  4. Solid experience in plastic injection molding, painting, and assembly technologies, ideally in the context of sophisticated plastic assemblies with high functional and surface finish requirements.
  5. Several years of experience managing new product launches, industrialization projects, and ramp-ups in series production.
  6. Strong expertise in operational excellence, LEAN management, shop floor management, and KPI-based management.
  7. Experience in the sustainable development of production systems, organizational structures, and change management processes.
