Opis oferty We are looking for an experienced Production Controlling Specialist for our serial production plant in Legnica, focused on injection molding and assembly operations. The person in this role will be responsible for analyzing production costs, preparing financial and operational reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting production management in optimizing efficiency and profitability. Regular reporting to the headquarters in Germany and the development of controlling tools (SAP CO/FI) are also key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate has experience in production controlling within the automotive or plastics processing industry, strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP, and a very good command of English.

Zakres obowiązków

Responsibility for production controlling at the Legnica serial production plant, focusing on injection molding and assembly operations;

Preparation, consolidation, and timely submission of monthly reports, including detailed analysis of results and deviations;
Presentation and explanation of results to the plant manager and regular reporting to the central controlling team at headquarters in Germany;
Continuous monitoring and analysis of production costs, material consumption, unit costs, and machine hourly rates;
Preparation and analysis of key production indicators (KPIs), such as OEE, scrap rates, rework costs, and productivity metrics;
Performing target/actual comparisons, variance analyses, and root cause investigations to support efficient and cost-optimized production processes;
Participation in the post-calculation of serial products;
Supporting the production management in improving profitability and efficiency, e.g., through cost analyses, process cost accounting, and investment calculations;
Preparing forecasts and budgets for the production-plant and monitoring compliance;
Close collaboration with production, logistics, and quality assurance to optimize the value chain;
Supporting the implementation and further development of digital controlling tools, especially SAP CO/FI;
Ensuring compliance with group-wide standards and actively contributing to continuous improvement processes.

Poszukiwane kompetencje

Degree in finance, economy or engineering with a focus on controlling, production, or a comparable qualification;
Several years of experience in production controlling within a serial manufacturing environment, ideally in the automotive industry or plastics processing;
In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, product costing, production KPIs, and process cost accounting;
Strong skills in SAP CO/FI as well as experience with MS Office (Excel) and BI tools (BOARD);
Experience in analyzing and optimizing production processes and cost structures;
Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and an independent, structured working style;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in working with production managers and interdisciplinary teams
Very good command of English, German language skills are desirable.
